- Your mission and vision statement – you’ll write these and have help to hone them before the day
- Your customer avatars – we’ll help you get really clear on your ideal customers and write powerful avatars before the day too
- Your brand mind map – we’ll show you how to mind map your full brand story and work with you to make sure it’s spot on
- Your content plan – using our own bespoke tools, we’ll show you how to turn your brand story easily into engaging content
- Your content grid – using a fun exercise we’ll help you create a monthly content grid you can use to share content your audience will love
- Your marketing journey – we’ll guide you through the marketing journey and show you how to map your content against it to make it easier for customers to buy from you
- Your boilerplate copy – using your mission statement and brand story we’ll help you write copy for your website and social media profiles

Hannah also brings to this day over 22 years of experience as an award-winning copywriter. She's worked for some of the world's top advertising agencies and brands, and consults with global businesses on their marketing strategy and branding.
Hannah loves working with small business owners, and helping them to get clarity on their business and make changes that have a real impact - both on the bottom line, and how the entrepreneur feels about their business.

Is this suitable for startups or established businesses?
Both! It doesn't matter whether you've been trading for 10 years or are pre-launch. What the day will give you is a clear idea of what your business stands for, who your real customers are, and how to communicate your brand story in an authentic and engaging way.
What does the day include?
Your investment in the day includes course materials before the day, coffee, tea and pastries on arrival (and throughout the day), all course materials and training on the day, a delicious lunch and a glass of local Albury Estate sparkling wine afterwards.
What are the timings?
Please feel free to join us from 9am for coffee and pastries. The workshop starts at 9:30am and concludes at 4pm (with breaks and lunch in between). You're invited to join us for a drink in the bar afterwards if you wish.
How do I get to the venue?
Beaverbrook is just outside Leatherhead, Surrey. You can drive there (there is plenty of parking) or take the train to Leatherhead from Waterloo or Victoria Station, and a taxi to the house. Beaverbrook's postcode is KT22 8QX.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, let us know when you book if you have any special needs on the day and we'll make sure we accommodate them.
Can I stay over?
Accommodation isn't included in the day, but you are welcome to contact Beaverbrook to make your own arrangements to stay.
What happens if I can't make the day after I have booked?
Spaces are limited, so please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make it. If you cancel within one month of the event we regret that we cannot offer a refund. You are welcome to send someone else in your place if you wish.
